<br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Monday, July <br />25, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Duane and Linda Kennen's request for a variance to <br />locate a swimming pool which will encroach on the required setback from the <br />Rum River. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the public hearing to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Duane and Linda Kennen were present. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input regarding the request for variance. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Terry, <br />Zimmerman, Howell and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
