<br />\ <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Monday, July <br />25, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Members Ab sent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commis sioner Hendr iksen to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Terry, <br />Zimm.'erman, Howell and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioners Holm and LaDue. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the regular meeting in order to conduct the following public <br />hearings: <br /> <br />1) Request for variance to locate an accessory structure nearer the front <br />lot line than the principal structure; case of Mr. Lyle Knosalla. <br /> <br />2) Request for variance to construct an accessory structure which will be <br />constructed on a parcel prior to construction of the principal <br />structure and a variance to the height requirements for accessory <br />structures; case of Mr. Glen Hampton. <br /> <br />3) Request for variance to locate a swimming pool which will encroach on <br />Board of Adjustment/July 25, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />ze <br />
