Absent: <br />Commissioners Holm and LaDue. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the regualr meeting back to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />approve the following with corrections as noted: <br /> <br />1) Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes dated July 7, 1988 regarding <br />Keith and Barbara Rakos' request for a variance. <br /> <br />2) Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes dated July 7, 1988 regarding <br />Dean Hanson's request for a variance. <br /> <br />3) Board of Adjustment regular meeting minutes dated July 7,1988 with the <br />following correction: <br /> <br />a) Page 5 - 3rd paragraph - Delete last line as follows: 'with <br />Commissioner Zimmerman's assessment of John Stine's opinion.' <br /> <br />4) Special Board of Adjustment meeting minutes dated July 13, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioners Holm and LaDue. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Status On Variance For Signs At 6106 Hwy. #10 N.W.; Case Of <br />Mr. Tim Doyle: <br /> <br />Mr. Erickson recommended that discussion of this case be tabled as there is <br />no report at this time other than to note that a formal complaint is being <br />processed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />table discussion of status of Tim Doyle's variance for a sign until the <br />next regular Board of Adjustment meeting, at which time the Board requests <br />a report on specific action taken. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
