<br />Case 12: Discussion Re~ardin~ City Brochure: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ippel stated that he and Commissioner Muller interviewed <br />representatives from two different brochure producers; they will be <br />presenting some proposals and cost estimates on August 3. He and Mr. <br />Muller are considering recommending the printing of two types of brochures; <br />one would be a fact booklet capable of being updated from time to time and <br />intended to promote Ramsey and the other would contain general information <br />that would be of interest to homeowners and would require updating about <br />every two years. <br /> <br />Case 13: Subcommittee Reports: <br /> <br />A. Legislative Subcommittee - <br /> <br />No report at this time. <br /> <br />B. Economic And Finance Subcommittee - <br /> <br />No report at this time. <br /> <br />C. Publicity Subcommittee - <br /> <br />See Case 4/2. <br /> <br />D. Business Incubator Subcommittee - <br /> <br />No report at this time. <br /> <br />E. Frontage Road Subcommittee - <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg stated that city staff should begin to pursue plans for <br />the Mississippi River bridge crossing and the rerouting of Cty. Rd. 183 by <br />contacting the City of Dayton. <br /> <br />F. Star City Work Program Subcommittee - <br /> <br />Ms. Norris reported that the Labor Survey is complete but not yet tabulated <br />into a formal report. The Community Profile is complete; all major <br />businesses have been contacted for the Business Visitation and that process <br />could be ended at this point. <br /> <br />Consensus was that the Star City Work Program Subcommittee should meet to <br />review the list of businesses that have not been contacted for the Business <br />Visitation and possibly forward a letter to them indicating that they can <br />set up an appointment for a business visitation if they still desire to do <br />so. <br /> <br />Case #4: Update On Status Of Landfill: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ippel stated that some of his concerns regarding the <br />development of a ski hill at the landfill were addressed by the latest <br />revisions to the ski hill agreement.
