Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall. the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the revised draft of <br />the recodified zoning ordinance at the April 14. 1986 meeting. The Commission <br />directed Staff to revise the non-conforming use section (page 34) and the size <br />of accessory structures on lots less than 15.000 square feet.
