Consideration of adoption of Ordinance 186-1, an amendment to <br />Ordinance 182-14, tbe Cable Communicatione Ordinance. <br /> <br />3. Propoeed utility extension to tbe City', Industrial Area. <br /> <br />4. Improvement and extension of 153rd Avenue IW from Puma Street NW <br />to Audrie Street NW. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the regular meeting back to order at 8:06 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case II: Flintwood Hills Second Addition - Phase II Improvements: <br /> <br />Mr. Bartley noted that plans and specs were ordered for Phase II of Flintwood <br />II at the March 25, 1986 Council meeting contingent upon the developer <br />providing a cash escrow; that escrow has not yet been provided. <br /> <br />Council took no action. <br /> <br />Case 12: Adoption Of Ordinance 186-1 Amendini Ordinance 182-14. Cable <br />Communications Ordinance: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Council.ember Schlueter to adopt <br />Ordinance #86-1 amending Ordinance #82-14, Cable Communications Ordinance. <br />(Refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #86-1). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case 13: Proposed Utility Extension To The City's Industrial Area: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman noted that this case was continued to April 29, 1986 by Council <br />action taken at tonight's public hearing. <br /> <br />Case 14: Extension Of 153rd Avenue NW From PllmA Street To Audrie St. NW: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that he will be meeting with the District Engineer <br />regarding 153rd terminating on Hwy. 10; plans to tie into Jarvis are not being <br />pursued because of Elk River's opposition to having Jarvis designated MSA. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Council.ember Sorteberg to table <br />this case until the most timely Council meeting at which the City Engineer can <br />have the following information available: 1) Terminus point of 153rd; and <br />April 22. 1986 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 14 <br />
