CHERYL VILLENEUVE By: Anne Horris, Community Development Director Background: Ms. Cheryl Villeneuve is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a typing and word processing business from her home at 6230 - 177th Lane NW. Ms. Villeneuve has stated that she would have one to two customers at her home per day and they would be arranged by appointment only. In addition, Ms. Villeneuve has indicated that she would be picking up or having most of her business delivered rather than having customers at her home. Enclosed are the following items for your information: a) Application b) Site location map c) Public hearing notice d) Properties notified e) Brochure for applicant's business f) Proposed findings of fact g) Proposed conditional use permit agreement Observations: As the proposed use would not have a detrimental effect on neighboring properties, Staff recommends that the Commission recommend approval of Ms. Villeneuve's request.
