That Mr. David Raymong representing Rationwide Housing Corporation. <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applciant." has properly applied for a conditional <br />use permit to construct a mini-storage facility at 6615 Highway 10 R.W. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />a public hearing pursuant to Sections 170.016 and 170.0112 of the City Code on <br />May 6. 1986 and said public hearing was properly advertised and minutes of that <br />public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the property which is the sub jec t of the appl ication is located at <br />6615 Highway 10 N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Rortheast corner of said Section 34; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of South 0 degrees. 55 minutes. 06 seconds East. along the <br />East line of said Northeast Quarter. for 1321.75 feet to the Rortheast <br />corner of said Government Lot 4; thence South 89 degrees. 36 minutes. 21 <br />seconds West. along a line to be hereafter known as Line "A" for the <br />purposes of this description. for 1623.71 feet to a point to be hereafter <br />known as Point "B" for the purposes of this description; being a Judicial <br />Landmark marked pursuant to Torrens File Ro.
