Item 12 - Should read a. follow.: 'That the conditional u.e permit .hall be granted for the day. of June 21 and 22, 1986 and Augu.t 16 and 17, 1986.' I I 2. Item 13 - Should read a. follows: 'That the prop08ed .and drag race. and mud runs shall be operated within the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. only on those days specified in Condition 12 above.' 3. I I Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend City Council approve of the Ramsey Lions Club's request for a conditional use permit to hold sand drag races and mud runs, contingent upon the Lions entering into a conditional use permit agreement, as amended, with the City. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, Zimmerman, LaDue, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. Case #3: Request For Conditional Use Permit To Operate Small Eniine Repair Business From Homer Case Of Mr. Robert Cox: I I I I I I I Mr. Cox was present and stated that he wants the permit to begin bis business in a part-time manner; if the business is a success he will move to a commercial zone. Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adopt the findings of fact relating to Mr. Robert Cox's request for a conditional use permit to operate a small engine repair business from bis bome. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Cbairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, Zimmerman, Hendriksen, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: Rone. The Commission amended tbe proposed conditional use permit agreement in the following ways: 1. Item 12 - Should read as follows: 'One exterior sign measuring 2 square feet sball be allowed. Any other exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the small engine repair business shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of tbe City Code.' 2.
