JERRY BAUER <br />By: Anne Borris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Bauer is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision in order to split <br />off a five acre parcel from his approximately 100 acre parcel located west of <br />State Highway #47 and north of County Road #63. Mr. Bauer is requesting this <br />subdivision in order to sell the existing home on the five acres on State <br />Highway 147. Mr. Bauer would like to build a home for himself on the western <br />part of the property near the creek. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed subdivision <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />If the Commission recommends that Mr. Bauer's request be approved. such <br />approval should be contingent upon Mr. Bauer entering into an agreement whereby <br />further subdivision of the property shall be in accordance with the City Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend approval of Mr. Jerry Bauer's request for metes and bounds <br />subdivision contingent upon Mr. Bauer entering into an agreement with the <br />City that any future subdivision of this property will be in accordance <br />with the City Code requirements. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Dir. <br /> <br />.A.- <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br />
