The Scenic Sign Corporation and l>1r. Tim Doyle, hereinafter referred to <br />as "Applicant" has pror;erly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance fran <br />Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code regarding the size of a free <br />standing sign in commercial areas. <br /> <br />2. That the Appliciant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a <br />public hearing pursuant to Section l70.0l3G of the City Code on February <br />11, 1988 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the <br />minuted of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part of these <br />findings by reference. <br /> <br />3.
