<br />PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT <br />MR.. GLEN HAMPTON <br /> <br />1. That Mr. Glen Hampton, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for Board of Adjustment variances to: <br /> <br />a) Construct an accessory structure which will be constructed on the <br />parcel prior to the construction of the principal structure. <br /> <br />b) Construct an accessory structure which will exceed the permitted <br />height for accessory structures. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City Code on Ju"ly <br />25, 1988 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that <br />the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part of <br />these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is generally known as 15551 Potassium Street <br />N. W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter; then Southerly along the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of <br />660.78 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of <br />land to be herein described; then continuing Southerly on <br />the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter a distance of 330.39 feet; then Easterly in a <br />straight line to a point on the East line of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 989.46 feet South <br />of the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter; then Northerly along the East line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance <br />of 329.82 feet; then Westerly a distance of 1326.05 feet to <br />the point of beginning - subject to an easement for road <br />purposes over the West 66 feet thereof - and together with <br />an easement for raodpurposes over the West 66 feet of that <br />part of said Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying South of the above described premises and <br />North of County Road No.5 so called as the same is now laid <br />out and_constructed, excluding Parcel #0820. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter; then Southerly along the West line <br />of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a <br />distance of 660.78 feet to the actual point of beginning of <br />the tract of land to be hereby described; then continuing <br />Southerly on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter a distance of 297.39 feet; then Easterly <br /> <br />,9 <br />
