<br />in a straight line which if extended would intersect the <br />East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />at a point distant 956.46 feet South of the Northeast corner <br />of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a <br />distance of 370 feet; then North and parallel with the West <br />line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a <br />distance of 297.3 feet; then West a distance of 370 feet to <br />the actual point of beginning - subject to an easement for <br />read purposes over the West 66 feet thereof - and together <br />with an easement for road purposes over the West 66 feet of <br />that part of said Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township <br />32, Range 25 lying South of the above described premises and <br />North of County Road No. 5 so-called as the .ame is now laid <br />out and constructed. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant's property is in two parcels; one approximately 2.8 <br />acres in size and one approximately 7.2 acres in size. Both parcels. <br />are located in the R-IR Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant is requesting variances from the requirements of <br />Section 170.015G of the Ramsey City Code regarding construction and <br />height of accessory structures. <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant is requesting a variance in order to construct an <br />accessory structure on a parcel prior to the construction of any <br />principal structure on that property. <br /> <br />7. That tbe Applicant is also requesting a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure which exceed the permitted height for such <br />structures. <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure <br />which is 22 feet high. <br /> <br />9. That Section l70.015G of the Ramsey City Code states that no accessory <br />structure shall be constructed on a parcel prior to the construction of <br />the principal structure on that property. <br /> <br />10. That Section 170.0l5G of the Ramsey City Code specifies that the <br />maximum height for accessory structures is 16 feet. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant has stated that such variance is necessary for the <br />preservation of a substantial property right. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicant owns two parcels of land; the 2.8 acre parcel <br />contains his home; the Applicant is proposing to construct the <br />accessory structure on the 7.2 acre parcel immediately adjacent to the <br />parcel on which the home is located. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />1J> <br />
