Mr. Hanson referred to a letter John Stin <br />July 5, 1988. Absent: <br />Commissioner Holm. <br /> <br />Mr. Tarnowski - Stated that he owns the property to the south of Mr. <br />Hanson's and that comments in Mrs. Martinson's let er regarding the <br />proposed location of Mr. Hanson's home ruining the sc nic landscape are <br />untrue. Mr. Tarnowski noted that his home is locate 80 feet from. the <br />river and not visible from the river. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissio er Terry to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0210, as amended, relating to Dean Han on's request for a <br />variance. (Refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 0210.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commis ioners Zimmerman, <br />Terry, Howell, LaDue and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
