In review of the preliminary plat data required by City Code, <br />section 170.037, the following items were not provided: <br /> <br />a. Soils data and soil borings. <br />b. Profiles of existing drainage ditches and a proposed <br />culvert for crossing County Ditch No.3. <br />c. Minimum front building setback lines as required by the <br />City code. <br />d. A tentative plan for future subdivision. <br /> <br />4. In review of access to the plat, the developer is proposing to <br />extend Wolfram street to the proposed plat (Oakwood Hills) <br />south of County Ditch No.3.
