<br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that staff's attempts to contact the owners and/or <br />movers of an accessory building being moved onto property at 17349 St. <br />Francis Blvd. have been unsuccessful. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />forward a certified letter to the owner of the moved in accessory building <br />at 17349 St. Francis Blvd. indicating that the City is revoking it's <br />approval and that the building must be removed from Ramsey City limits. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Reimann asked if the movers are going to repair <br />damages to the area roads and if the police ticketed the movers for <br />transporting the building on an unauthorized road. Mr. Raatikka stated <br />that the movers have indicated they will repair the roads. Mayor Reimann <br />directed that a written commitment for road repairs be obtained from the <br />movers. Police Chief Auspos stated that he would research provisions in <br />the State statutes for issuing citations, other than formal complaints, in <br />situations like this. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes; Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No; None. <br /> <br />0) Traffic study of Cty. Rd. #56 - <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that discussion of the results of the traffic study of <br />Cty. Rd. #56 will be on the Council's January 12, 1988 agenda. <br /> <br />p) Resignations from and reappointments to the Airport Commission - <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to accept <br />the resignations of Mr. Dick Sieber and Mr. Don Stauffer from the Airport <br />Commission, to send letters of appreciation to Mr. Sieber and Mr. Stauffer <br />and to authorize advertising to fill the vacancies on the Commission. <br />Further, to reappoint Mr. Ron Erickson to the Airport Commission for a term <br />to expire December 31, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adjourn the regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
