Voting No: None. <br /> <br />k) Review articles regarding Ramsey's sewer capacity and renaming of Anoka <br />Area Chamber of Commerce - <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that via reporting being done b the City of Dayton <br />regarding alternatives for developing. Metro Counci has indicated that <br />Dayton can gain additional capacity from tbat whicb t e City of Ramsey was <br />allocated but will not be needing. Mr. Hartley stated he will be <br />contacting Metro Council to review Ramsey's plans for utilization of it's <br />sewer capacity. <br /> <br />::: <br />:~ <br /> <br />Council asked that Mr. Hartley report back to Counci <br />Metro Council; Councilmember DeLuca requested a <br />article. <br /> <br />after meeting with <br />opy of the subject <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that there was a front page artic e in the Anoka Area <br />Chamber of Commerce newsletter requesting suggestions for the renaming of <br />the organization. <br /> <br />m) Recent complaints regarding snowmobilers - <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley presented Council with a copy of Statut <br />snowmobiles, which is what is being currently enforce <br /> <br />statutes regarding <br />in Rams~y. <br /> <br />Council noted that with more development, stricter laws regulating <br />snowmobiling will be required to protect private propirty. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Counci member Cox directing <br />that the Park and Recreation Commission and the Sno- ams review and make <br />recommendations for a municipal ordinance regarding s owmobiles that will <br />protect private property and maintained boulevards. <br /> <br />n) Status of accessory building being moved onto 173 9 St. Francis Blvd. - <br />City Council/December 22, 1987 <br /> <br /> <br />hers Sorteberg, Cox, <br /> <br />Motion carried.
