Rarnbosek, a single person (Developer). <br /> <br />wrmESSE'm: <br /> <br />WHERE'.J\S, the Developer is the CMner of certain real property situated <br />in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of Ramsey, the legal <br />description of which property is as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1,2 and 4, Block 1, VOLTIN'S OAK HILL ESTATES, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota except that part of said Lot 4, lying South of a line <br />commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, VOLT IN , S OAK <br />HILL ESTATES: thence proceeding South 70 degrees 39 seconds 00 <br />minutes East, to the point of intersection with the East line of said <br />Lot 4, and there terminating: all in Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />hereinafter "subject property"; and <br /> <br />WHERE:AS, the City has approved the plat of the subject property which <br />is known as RAMBOSEK RED OAK ESTATES and is hereinafter referred to as "the <br />plat" i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer desires to effect the recording of the plat <br />with the Anoka Cotmty Recorder, upon the execution and approval thereof by <br />the City. <br /> <br />Nli 'llIEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises <br />contained herein, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br />1. IMPRO~S. The Developer shall be responsible for the <br />construction of improvements as shown on the final plat and as <br />directed by the City Engineer, in accordance with City standards <br />and specifications. These improvements shall include, but are not <br />limited to the construction of Wolfram Street N.W. including <br />related ditches, grading, backsloping and drainage. The Developer <br />shall be responsible for any expense associated with the <br />construction of these irnprovanents. The Developer shall restore <br />all disturbed areas as specified by the City Engineer. The <br />location and specifications for the improvements shall be as shown <br />on the attached plans, which plans are attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A" . <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
