<br />5 Minutes CASE #15: <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE STATUS REVIEW <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The review of the status of several employees has recently been completed. <br />These reviews are prompted by the close of the probationary period for <br />employees on probation and an evaluation of the pay structure for non- <br />probationary employees. <br /> <br />In each case the employee has substantially met and exceeded the expectations <br />for the position they respectively fill. ~rs of the Personnal Committee <br />have reviewed these recommendations and expressed approval. <br /> <br />The proposed resolution will be available at the meeting. <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is my recommendation that the City Council approve via resolution the <br />regular employee status and rate of pay for Kathleen Johnson and Jennifer <br />Swendsen and the rate of J;E.y for Anne Norris. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />ltlOtion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #88-___ establishing status and rate of pay for certain <br />employees. <br /> <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator ~ <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Developnent Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Persortnel Committee <br /> <br />.L <br /> <br />8'-' <br />
