Background: <br />Staff has finalized and reviewed with Council the furniture package for the new Municipal <br />Center. The package incorporates some furniture from the existing Municipal Center. Staff is working <br />with the furniture vendor, Intereum, to purchase the furniture from the annually bid University of <br />Minnesota Contract. The pricing for the entire package is $556,106.28 which includes freight, <br />installation, and sales tax.
