Preliminary Plat: Amber Ridge 2 " Addition <br />June 29, 2006 Revised August 3, 2006 <br />4 of 4 <br />Trunk and Lateral Sewer and Water Fees: The plat will be subject to trunk sewer and water <br />fees for each newly created lot. The current rate for trunk sewer is $1,137.00 per unit; the current <br />rate for trunk water is $1,925.00 per unit. The plat will be subject to sanitary sewer lateral <br />charges. The current rate is $3,417 per unit. The rate in effect at the time of final prat approval <br />will be utilized. <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for the new lots <br />created. The current rate is $397.00 per unit. The rate in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval will be utilized. <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 8, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station No. 1 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your requests for <br />preliminary plat approval, comprehensive plan amendment, and a rezoning.
