WHEREAS, the Subject Property (does /does not) preserve any significant greenway or <br />open space areas; and <br />WHEREAS, there (is /is not) sufficient sewer and water capacity to service the proposed <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is located south of Trott Brook. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby determines that the Applicant's request complies with the <br />Interim Policy For Land Use Changes and approves the request for a land use designation <br />change of the three northern, unplatted parcels from Low Density Residential to Medium <br />Density Residential. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation to medium density residential. <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of <br />notification of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of , 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #06 -_ <br />Page3of3 <br />
