Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />A STREETS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br />WHEREAS, Greg Lind was appointed to a Streets Maintenance Worker position <br />on January 25, 2006 and was subject to a six -month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Lind has successfully completed the required six -month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its August 8, 2006 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Greg Lind, effective July <br />25, 2006. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Greg Lind, effective July <br />25, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by. <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 8`" day of August 2006. <br />G:Administration\HumanResources \Performance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Lind, Streets, 8- 8- 06.doc <br />
