Community Development Director Frolik stated that E&G Development is seeking a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the land use of Outlot B Amber Ridge from medium <br />to low density residential. If approved, they are requesting a rezoning of the property from R-2 <br />Residential to R-l Residential. The Preliminary Plat proposes to extend Argon Street south into <br />Outlot B, Amber Ridge and develop 5 single family homes. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />No verbal or written comments were submitted. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine and seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Van Scoy, Levine, <br />Cleveland, Trites Rolle, Hunt.
