Multiple dwelling structures which include duplexes, twinhomes, <br />townhomes, and apartment buildings, containing no more than 10 units. <br /> <br />b. Detached townhomes, including villas or cottage homes. <br /> <br />b. Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl within the <br />MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 <br />(Animals and Fowl) can be maintained. <br /> <br />c.
