<br />Case #5 <br /> <br />CONFIRM PARK DEDICATION FOR SUNFISH POND <br />By: Mark Boos, ParkslUtilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Commission previously recommended to Council that cash, in the amount of $70,875, <br />satisfy park dedication for the Sunfish Pond townhome development. The Commission also <br />(separate from any park dedication obligation) recommended that a private hard surface path lead <br />from the development to the City's transportational trail system and that open space be preserved <br />for the townhome residents to decide what they wanted for recreation/open space. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission meeting minutes seems to indicate some desire to revisit <br />this development prior to final platting.
