<br />.. <br /> <br />1> <br /> <br />Case #3 <br /> <br />1997 COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING PROCESS <br />By: Mark Boos, ParkslUtilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may know, funds have been dedicated for updating the City's Comprehensive Plan. In <br />addition to the need to provide an updated plan for Metropolitan Council sometime in 1998, the <br />process also relates to the existing moratorium. Council wants to ensure that there is a wide <br />variety of housing choices in attractive settings while protecting environmentally sensitive areas. <br />Plus, it is a goal to reduce the impact between urban and rural residential subdivisions. <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to apprise you of the status of this project.
