Absent: None. <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />The following Council minutes were noted: <br />1) City Council regular meeting minutes dated June 27, 2006 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS /COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Request for Sketch Plan Review for a Minor Subdivision of Ramsey <br />Town Center 14 Case of Shingobee Builders, Inc. <br />Associate Planner Dalnes reported that the qty is in receipt o an application or a nninor <br />subdivision to create Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 14 Addition. He stated he also did not believe the drive thru was an issue. <br />Keith McDonald, Shingobee Builders, stated under access on the staff review letter, he noted <br />coming off of Sunwood to the extent they constructed the access with permanent curb and gutter <br />and after that they intended on a temporary access. <br />Chairperson Nixt asked how temporary would temporary be. <br />Planning Commission /August 3, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 19 <br />Associate Planner Dalnes stated this would disappear when the rest of the site developed. <br />Chairperson Nixt stated he was sympathetic to the request and did not want an expense incurred <br />and then have it torn out within 18 months. <br />Associate Planner Dalnes stated the issue was that they did not have a concept plan.for the entire <br />site so it was hard to say what was permanent and what would be temporary. <br />—177— <br />
