The vehicles would exit the <br />drive - thru by circulating around the building and existing through the same way they entered: <br />She noted staff is concerned with the circulation as proposed, and suggests that consideration be <br />given to relocating the drive -thru to the east side of the building. This would aid in easing traffic <br />and conflicts. It would also allow the building to be moved closer to West Ramsey Parkway and <br />Armstrong Boulevard, resulting in enhancing the pedestrian- oriented design of the site. She <br />stated however, staff understands the need to accommodate various business requirements for <br />drive - thrus, and TC -2 permits more accommodation for vehicle- oriented design than other town <br />center districts, especially in areas not adjacent to Sunwood Drive.
