Chairperson Nixt stated they needed more information than they currently had, such as traffic, <br />infrastructure, etc. He stated these things had to be discussed by the players and it did not need <br />to be discussed by the Commission. The TC -2 District requires a conditional use permit (CUP) for uses with a <br />drive -thru. The applicant has submitted an application for a CUP in order to operate a drive -thru <br />banking facility. She noted the Ramsey Town Center is designed to be a mixed -use and <br />pedestrian friendly development. Uses with drive -thrus -have a potential to be incompatible with <br />the intent of the Ramsey Town Center. Therefore, these types of uses were permitted only as a <br />conditional use in certain areas of the Town Center so that the proposal might be reviewed for <br />their compatibility. The TC -2 Zoning District was created to accommodate larger scale, auto- <br />oriented commercial activities. She stated the drive -thru is proposed to be located on the north <br />side of the building, with a drive aisle along the west side.
