He stated <br />they would take the drive -thru issue first. <br />Mr. McDonald stated Klein Bank was not interested in putting up something they could not lease <br />and they needed accessible parking. He stated where they were at now was a compromise with <br />staff. He stated Council was generally in favor of this layout and that was why they invested in <br />this plan. <br />Rob stated the front doors could be on either corner and they had not decided which corner <br />would be better. He <br />stated the more they moved the building to the north, the more the problem would be <br />exacerbated. <br />Rob stated they had looked at putting the drive thru on all sides, but it made more sense to <br />put the drive thru where they were proposing it. <br />Chairperson Nixt stated the other option was to put the drive thru on the south side. <br />Associate Planner Dalnes stated if they were inclined to move forward with the drive thru on the <br />north, they would recommend additional pedestrian considerations. <br />
