He stated it was more of a requirement of the City. As far as <br />circulation, the circulation would not change whether it was a single story or a multi -story <br />building. <br />Commissioner Brauer noted the issue was with an office building, they needed parking spaces. <br />Associate Planner Dalnes stated this got down to the TC -2 district conflict. <br />Chairperson Nixt stated they were providing a recommendation and without seeing a site plan <br />showing the drive thru, parking and egress, he could only visualize this and from a left turn <br />standpoint this was too tight and would make it too difficult to exit there and therefore he was <br />leaning against staff' s recommendation to move the drive -thru to the east. <br />Associate Planner Dalnes stated as they were discussing alternative they could look at, but they <br />were not making this one of the recommendations. <br />Planning Commission /August 3, 2006 <br />Page 8 of 19 <br />-183— <br />
