She noted since West Ramsey Parkway was split, could people head down the new
road and come into the bank as a one -way entry only, which would bring them straight thru the
drive -thru only.
Associate Planner Dalnes stated they could make a recommendation on what they had before
them.
Chairperson Nixt asked if they felt the way the layout of the site was so deficient with respect to
the location of the drive thru that it made sense for them to say they met the setback requirement
by reconfiguring this site and spinning it in the manner that would not need the variance and put
the drive thru on the east side. He stated if that was where they were at then they needed to move
in that direction.
There v er up,c names b .t ie Commrssi o nes
Rob stated they did show some sections of fence along Armstrong and they were not
ending fence because ____ _r:a L,.:....' ., 1..a,- ..,o.. She stated with this being a multi -story building made
this an urban feel and a bank was a good thing to have in the community and she did not think
they would find something that would abut on a sidewalk because it would not look right.
