<br />Pending <br /> <br />Pending <br /> <br />Pending! <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />3d <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />. ; <br /> <br />12/10/96 Council adopted the resolution granting final plat approval to <br />Ramsey Commercial Park Second Addition contingent upon the <br />developer entering into a development agreement with, the City <br />and satisfying park dedication requirements and upon <br />satisfaction of the engineer that the drainage problems are being <br />resolved. <br /> <br />12/10/96 With regard to the McLafferty CUP for a group home, Council <br />directed staff to develop an action plan to amend McLafferty's <br />CUP to require an annual report from the Volunteers of ~erica <br />regarding McLafferty's licensing status and for collecting funds <br />due the City for processing the application in 1995 and <br />continued collection of costs incurred in administering the <br />permit - including the option of conciliation court. <br /> <br />1/28/97 Councilmember Zimmerman mentioned that the Bookstore is <br />not in compliance with our sign ordinance. <br /> <br />1/7/97 The Planning Commission requested the City Attorney's <br />interpretation of City Code to determine whether a PUD is <br />required to develop townhomes on Outlot B, Sunfish Square, <br />which is in the MR zone. <br /> <br />1/7/97 Commissioners Deemer and Jensen were appointed to the <br />subcommittee to review/update zoning regulations in Chapter <br />9 of the City Code, in order to make recommendations to the <br />whole Commission. The first subcommittee meeting is <br />scheduled for Monday, January 20, 1997 at 5:30 p.m. at City <br />Hall. <br />
