Amend #10 to <br />read "That the grading operation will increase the traffic to <br />and from the subject property for the period of time that the <br />Conditional Use Permit is granted." Amend #11 through #17 <br />in the affirmative. Add a finding stipulating a time limit for <br />the permit of two years. The Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the conditional use permit with the <br />following amendments: Amend #1 for the permit to "...expire <br />two years from the commencement of operations, but the time <br />period from date of issuance through operations shall not <br />exceed 3 years." Amend #9 to require the contractor to clean <br />County Road #63, County Road #5, and T.R. #47 of debris <br />and dirt on a daily basis. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed the developer to note the <br />issues discussed and proceed to apply for preliminary plat <br />approval of Apple Ridge. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that The Park and <br />Recreation Commission review the issue of suitable parks for <br />tower sites and Section 9.15.04 of the proposed <br />towers/antennas ordinance at their next meeting.
