The Planning Commission <br />recommended granting a renewal of the CUP for a groundwater <br />pump-out and treatment system, with the following amendments <br />to the terms: Amend #1 to indicate that this is a renewal of a <br />previously issued permit. Amend #10 to make the CUP <br />transferable to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency upon <br />transfer of the site to the State of Minnesota. Amend #19 to read <br />". . . Once each year, if requested, split samples shall be taken of <br />both influent. . ." Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />5/6/97 The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Findings of Fact relating to Hansen Tree Farm's request for a <br />CUP to construct accessory structures prior to the principal <br />building, amending them in the positive. The Planning <br />Commission recommended issuance of the CUP with the <br />following amendment to the terms: Add term stating that no <br />other retail activity will be allowed in the pole barn except as it <br />relates to the growing and selling oftrees on the property and tree <br />accessories between November 1 and January 1 of each year. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />5/6/97 The Planning Commission recommended approval of the site <br />plan for Precision Wood Products as submitted subject to <br />compliance with Staff Review Letter dated 4/30/97, with <br />modification to the paragraph on lighting fixtures to reflect that <br />the proposed lighting be submitted to the City Engineer for <br />approval prior to installation. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />5/6/97 The Planning Commission recommended approval of the site <br />plan for Amcon West, subject to Staff Review Letter dated <br />4/30/97, and with provisions that the applicant will preserve as <br />many trees on Sunfish Lake Boulevard as possible; that the <br />access in the northwest comer be eliminated and moved further <br />east; and that any lighting fixtures be reviewed by the City <br />Engineer before installation on the exterior of the building. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />37 <br />
