Bookstore has <br />been notified. <br /> <br />4/7/97 The Planning Commission directed the developer to proceed <br />to apply for preliminary plat approval of Sunflower Ridge <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated 3/27/97 and obtaining proper zoning. If major <br />changes occur, the item should be brought back to the <br />Planning Commission for further review and consideration. <br />Zoning denied. <br /> <br />4/7/97 Commissioner Deemer suggested consideration of amending <br />City Ordinance to classify nudist camps as Adult Uses. <br /> <br />4/22/97 Council tabled Mr. William's request to rezone property at the <br />request of Mr. Williams. He has asked that it be tabled until after <br />July 15, 1997. <br /> <br />4/22/97 <br /> <br />With regard to the findings of fact relating to the rezoning from B-1 <br />and B-2 Business to R-l Urban Residential; case of Good Value <br />Homes, Council voted to omit the current Findings # 13 and to add <br />the following: The City's comprehensive Plan designates this <br />property for commercial development and not residential <br />development and to rezone it to residential would require a minor <br />comprehensive plan amendment. Execute Resolution #97-04-080 <br />(Haas Steffen/Beahen/Opposed Beyer and Zimmerman) adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0422, as amended, relating to a request from <br />Good Value Homes to rezone certain property from B-1 and B-2 <br />Business to R-I Urban Residential. <br /> <br />~ <br />
