They also voted to add the following at the end of <br />Findings #8: because of concerns for traffic congestion, impact of <br />urban densities on rural densities and reduction in inventory of <br />commercial acreage. <br /> <br />Complete 6/10/97 With regard to Doug and Julieann Hills' case, the Council accepted <br />the City Attorney's opinion that the City has the authority to place a <br />sunset date on grandfather rights and that staff and the attorney will <br />review the Hills financials and look at the hardship clause in the <br />ordinance to find out ifthis situation applies. <br /> <br />Complete 6/1 0/97 Council introduced the ordinance to amend Chapter 9 of the City <br />Code to identify permitted and accessory uses in multi-tenant <br />buildings or business incubators located in the BW and I Districts. <br />Place on subsequent agenda for formal adoption. <br /> <br />go <br />
