r i Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-08-_ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_ AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-08-_ adopting Findings of Fact #_ for this us~ and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On . 1997 a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to North Fork, Inc. ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property legally described as follows: Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota Block 2, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. This permit shall expire on February 28, 1999. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for providing the City with at least 48 hours advance notice of the date of commencement of operations in each of the four project areas. 2. The haul route for th~ excavated material in the Lake Proposal shall be westward for a distance of approximately 800 feet, and from there across outlot and golf course to the northern boundary of the Burlington Northern right-of-way and then onto 153rd Avenue N.W., and then southward to U.S. #10. It may also be permissible to place the material on the outlot in accordance with the approved grading plan. 3. The haul route for importing material to the Links Proposal shall be onto Andrie Court and then crossing Andrie Street directly onto the subject property. >b
