<br />r i <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-08-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_ AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-08-_ adopting Findings <br />of Fact #_ for this us~ and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On . 1997 a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to North Fork, Inc. ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Block 2, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This permit shall expire on February 28, 1999. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />providing the City with at least 48 hours advance notice of the date of commencement of <br />operations in each of the four project areas. <br /> <br />2. The haul route for th~ excavated material in the Lake Proposal shall be westward for a distance <br />of approximately 800 feet, and from there across outlot and golf course to the northern <br />boundary of the Burlington Northern right-of-way and then onto 153rd Avenue N.W., and then <br />southward to U.S. #10. It may also be permissible to place the material on the outlot in <br />accordance with the approved grading plan. <br /> <br />3. The haul route for importing material to the Links Proposal shall be onto Andrie Court and <br />then crossing Andrie Street directly onto the subject property. <br /> <br />>b <br />
