<br />. i I <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant has submitted support documents to the application consisting <br />of a letter from Michelle R. Johnson, Zoning Coordinator, Cellular Realty <br />Advisors, Inc., on behalf of APT, dated July 9, 1997; three copies of the site plan <br />consisting of Sheets Tl (project Information), Al (Enlarged Plan and Site Plan), <br />A2 (North and South Elevation), and A3 (East and West Elevation), and prepared <br />by Fluor Daniel, Inc. and dated July 11, 1997; one copy of the site plan reduced to <br />8 112" X 11"; a letter of intent to allow co-location on this tower; design <br />specifications for a 165 foot monopole tower which show structural integrity and <br />capacity for additional users; and a portion of the signed lease with the property <br />owner requiring APT to remove its equipment and tower upon cessation of use. <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant has stated that because the PCS uses low power to insure that <br />the signal stays within the designated cell, it will not interfere with neighboring <br />cells and no ionizing radiation is created. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant has stated that this Ramsey cell site will enhance public safety <br />and welfare because it will enable APT to bring PCS technology to the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant has stated that there will be no personnel stationed at the site. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant has stated that the existing access from 167th Avenue to the <br />site is sufficient. <br /> <br />12. That all equipment and materials needed to operate the site will be contained in <br />four 5' x 3' x 3' equipment cabinets placed on a concrete pad. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant has stated that it has searched for an existing structure within a <br />one-half mile radius of the proposed site and has found that there are no existing <br />structures of a sufficient height and structural capacity to accommodate APT's <br />antennas and equipment. . <br /> <br />14. That the Applicant's tower will be constructed to support the equipment of at least <br />two additional users so that future companies will have the option to co-locate on <br />this structure. <br /> <br />15. That the Applicant's tower will be of a monopole design. <br /> <br />16. That all utility buildings and structures accessory to the tower will/will not be <br />architecturally designed to blend in with the surrounding environment and shall <br />meet the setback requirements of the Commercial (Business) district. <br /> <br />17. That ground mounted equipment will/will not be screened from view by suitable <br />vegetation. <br /> <br />7,-/ <br />
