Execute Permit <br /> <br />6/24/97 Council voted to authorize City staff to postpone any further <br />enforcement of the sunset clause on required site improvements in the <br />commercial districts until May 1, 1999. Ms. Hill asked if they are <br />supposed to come back in after the comp plan is done and <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen hoped they would be a part of the <br />meetings to discuss the Highway #10 corridor with regard to the <br />comp plan. She added that there would be public notification of these <br />meetings. <br /> <br />6/24/97 Council adopted Ordinance #97-09 to amend Chapter 9 of the City <br />Code to identify permitted and accessory uses in multi-tenant <br />buildings or business incubators located in the Business Warehouse <br />and Industrial districts. City Code needs to be updated with the <br />change. Jo will publish the ordinance. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council granted final plat approval to AEC Energy Park 3rd Addition <br />contingent upon the developer entering into a development agreement <br />with the City and compliance with the City Staff letter dated June 3, <br />1997. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />6/1 0/97 Council approved the proposed site plan and development permit for <br />Dakota Development contingent upon compliance with the AEC <br />Energy Park covenants and the City staff Review Letter dated May <br />29, 1997. Execute development agreement. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council adopted Ordinance #97-05 rezoning property to R-l Urban <br />Residential; Case ofK.C. Land Company. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council adopted Ordinance #97-06 rezoning property in Section 14; <br />Case of Good Value Homes and Jake Barthold. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council rescinded Resolution #97-04-080 and adopted revised <br />findings of fact relating to a request for rezoning - Maxton and Good <br />Value Homes. They also voted to add the following at the end of <br />Findings #8: because of concerns for traffic congestion, impact of <br />urban densities on rural densities and reduction in inventory of <br />commercial acreage. <br /> <br />~, <br />
