<br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />qo <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />6/10/97 With regard to Doug and Ju1ieann Hills' case, the Council accepted <br />the City Attorney's opinion that the City has the authority to place a <br />sunset date on grandfather rights and that staff and the attorney will <br />review the Hills financials and look at the hardship clause in the <br />ordinance to find out if this situation applies. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council introduced the ordinance to amend Chapter 9 of the City <br />Code to identify permitted and accessory uses in multi-tenant <br />buildings or business incubators located in the BW and I Districts. <br />Place on subsequent agenda for formal adoption. <br />
