That the Applicant currently has 704 square feet of garage space on the Subject Property; <br />that in combination with the proposed 936 square foot accessory building totals 1,640 <br />square feet, which is in accordance with the area allotment for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />9. That the City has previously approved requests for metal accessory buildings on rural <br />residential parcels less than 2.5 acres in size for storage of personal equipment and <br />vehicles when there is a reasonable amount of natural screening in place. <br /> <br />10. That there are a significant number of mature trees on the Subject Property that will <br />provide screening of the metal accessory building .from the public right-of-way and <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant has supplied the City with a letter signed by the adjacent property <br />owners to the north and south in which no opposition to the proposed metal building is <br />expressed. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services <br />such as highways and streets. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services) and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic <br />welfare of the community. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to <br />any persons) property) or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic) <br />noise, smoke) fumes) glare) or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon) the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />I <br />
