The site plan indicates that the trash <br />enclosure will be placed on the north or rear wall of the building. The final site plan must <br />identify the construction materials to verify 100% screening capability. <br /> <br />Sign: City Code allows for one pylon or free standing sign per parcel at a size not to exceed 100 <br />square feet. A sign permit from the City is required prior to installation of the sign. <br /> <br />Lighting: A lighting plan for any exterior lighting is required. The plan must include fixture <br />specifications for the City's review and approval. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 1997, to consider <br />your request for site plan approval. I strongly suggest that you, or your representative, be present <br />at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. For your information, I have enclosed a <br />copy of the case cover sheet.
