<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-11-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #_ RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM JUDY KUEMPER FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE PRIOR TO THE PRINCIPAL <br />BUILDING ON A PARCEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Judy Kuemper for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure prior to the principal building on the <br />property generally known as 5420 151st Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, in Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the centerline of <br />State Trunk Highway No. 47 as it is now laid out and traveled, said point being 93 feet <br />Southeasterly, as measured along said centerline from the Northeasterly extension of the <br />Southeasterly line of Block 3 in Gorham's Addition; thence South 64 degrees 18 minutes <br />West on a line parallel to the Southeasterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 340 feet to <br />the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continue South 64 degrees 18 <br />minutes West on same described line a distance of 36.78 feet; thence Southeasterly on a <br />curve to the left having a radius of 103.25 feet a distance of 113.96 feet; thence South 1 <br />degree 03 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 345.42 feet; thence Southwesterly on a <br />curve to the right having a radi~ of 115.75 feet a distance of 121.49 feet, thence South 61 <br />degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of 286.99 feet; thence North 1 degree 03 <br />minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 534.42 feet to a point which is 160 feet <br />Southeasterly of, as measured at right angles to, the Southwesterly extension of the <br />Northwesterly line of said Block 3; thence North 64 degrees, 18 minutes East on a line <br />parallel to the Southwesterly extension of the Northwesterly line of said Block 3 a <br />distance of 57.52 feet; thence North 11 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of <br />164.92 feet to a point on the Southwesterly extension of the Northwesterly line of said <br />Block 3; thence Northeasterly on said Southweste~ly extension a distance of 330 feet to a <br />point which is 110 feet Southwesterly of the Northwest corner of said Block 3 said <br />distance being measured along the Southwesterly extension of the Northwesterly line of <br />said Block 3; thence Southeasterly at right angles a distance of 160 feet; thence <br />continuing Southeasterly a distance of 33 feet to the point of beginning, along the last <br />described line. . <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property:') <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTAthat the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: . <br /> <br />{p <br />
