The pipe size between the east and west catch basins will <br />need to be increased to accommodate the additional flow. <br /> <br />Second, it should be noted that the plans suggest an existing 24" NDPE storm pipe exists to <br />transport the stormwater across Unity Street. It does not exists but needs to be installed to <br />accommodate this drainage plan. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: In accordance with City Code and the Business Park 95 covenants, <br />the exterior of the building is proposed to consist of a combinatio.n of rock face and corduroy <br />concrete block. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan: The Landscape Plan notes some sodium wall pack lights on the wall exteriors. <br />The light fixture specifications will have to be submitted for approval. <br /> <br />Business Park 95 Covenants: Provided there is no outdoor storage proposed, the site plan <br />meets all the restrictions of the Business Park 95 covenants. It is noted that the Business Park 95 <br />covenants requires that mechanical equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be <br />compatible with the building if expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any <br />mechanical equipment placed elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible from <br />the public street and the screening shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the <br />building and constructed of materials compatible with those of the building. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, <br />December 2, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. It <br />is suggested that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions <br />that may arise. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheet for the Planning <br />Commission meeting.
