(Add a term <br />to read that all inspection reports will be provided to the City <br />and that this permit will again be reviewed by City Council on <br />November 26, 1996. McLafferty refuses to sign; forwarded <br />to Goodrich for resolution. <br /> <br />12/10/96 With regard to the McLafferty CUP for a group home, Council <br />directed staff to develop an action plan to amend McLafferty's <br />CUP to require an annual report from the Volunteers of America <br />regarding McLafferty's licensing status and for collecting funds <br />due the City for processing the application in 1995 and <br />continued collection of costs incurred in administering the <br />permit - including the option of conciliation court. <br /> <br />1/28/97 Councilmember Zimmerman mentioned that the Bookstore is <br />not in compliance with our sign ordinance. Bookstore has <br />been notified. <br /> <br />4/7/97 Commissioner Deemer suggested consideration of amending <br />City Ordinance to classify nudist camps as Adult Uses. <br /> <br />4/22/97 Council tabled Mr. William's request to rezone property at the <br />request of Mr. Williams. He has asked that it be tabled until after <br />July 15, 1997. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council approved the proposed site plan and development permit for <br />Dakota Development contingent upon compliance with the AEC <br />Energy Park covenants and the City staff Review Letter dated May <br />29, 1997. Execute development agreement. Applicant withdrew. <br /> <br />5/27/97 Council granted final plat approval to Business Park 95 Fifth <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />5/27/97 Council asked that the area of the code dealing with the actual <br />amount of acreage a person has be reviewed again. To Planning <br />Commission/City Council/8-6-97. Consensus was to discuss this at <br />a subsequent joint meeting. <br /> <br />7/22/97 Council adopted the FOF relating to Tom Kurak's request for a CUP <br />to grade and export soils and also approved the terms of the CUP. <br />Joanne Kusler will make the amendments/additions to the findings as <br />per Council direction.
