Ms. Hill asked if they are <br />supposed to come back in after the comp plan is done and <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen hoped they would be a part of the <br />meetings to discuss the Highway #10 corridor with regard to the <br />comp plan. Sign and seal deed. <br /> <br />8/12/97 Council approved the proposed site plan for Sharp and Associates <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated <br />August 1, 1997, and the Business Park 95 covenents. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />8/12/97 Council approved the proposed site plan for Minnesota Tool & Die <br />Works contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review Letter <br />dated August 6, 1997) and the Business Park 95 covenants. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />8/12/97 Council approved the revised site plan proposal for the Burger King <br />facility contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter <br />dated August 1, 1997, and that they should be allowed to use standing <br />seam-metal as opposed to the entire exterior being 100% natural or <br />prefabricated brick or stone, (or as approved on September 9, 1996) <br />and that they resolve the access issues with Anoka County and <br />MnDOT. Execute Development Agreement. <br />
