! I 8. That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. 9. That the Applicant proposes to service approximately 30 clients per week between the hours of9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 10. That there are other similar permitted conditional uses in the R-1 Rural Residential District. 11. That the Applicant has supplied the City with a petition signed by four (4) neighboring property owners supporting the request for a home occupation permit. 12. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 13. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 14. That the proposed use wilVwill not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 15. That .the proposed use wilVwill not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. 16. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 17. That the proposed use wilVwill not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it wilVwill not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 18. That the proposed use wilVwill not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors.
