AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />A HAIR AND NAIL SALON IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Cauncil adopted Resalutian No.. 97-09-_ adapting <br />Findings af Fact #_ far this use and herein appraves the Harne Occupatian Permit subject to. <br />the fallawing canditians. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1997, a Harne Occupatian Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City af <br />Ramsey ("City") to. Barbara Nelsan ("Permit Halder") to. establish a hair and nail salan in the <br />dwelling an the praperty generally knawn as 5211 155th Lane N.W. and legally described as <br />fallaws: <br /> <br />Lot 12, Black 3, Waadland Green, Anaka Caunty, Minnesata <br />("Subject Praperty:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to. Sectian 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 af the Ramsey City Cade. The <br />canditians afthis permit are as fallaws: <br /> <br />1. That this resalutian shall allaw far the establishment and aperatian af a hair and nail <br />salan an the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. Shauld the Permit Halder die ar mave to. a new lacatian, the Permit shall be <br />autamatically terminated, except that in the case af death, shauld a surviving spause ar <br />child, residing at the same address, desire to. cantinue the hame accupatian, written natice <br />to. that effect shall be given to. the City Administratar and the City Cauncil may autharize <br />cantinuatian af the Permit withaut further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The area devated to. the hame accupatian shall nat exceed twenty percent (20%) af the <br />tatal flaar area af the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Adequate water supply and an-site sewage dispasal facilities shall be the respansibility af <br />the Permit Halder. <br /> <br />5.
